Heavy Rain Threat Continues Through The End Of This Coming Work Week

Per the latest computer models from the GFS and the shorter term computer models like the NAM and WRF they are all basically indicating that the state of Louisiana, mainly the southern part could see upwards of a FOOT of rain.  Areas such as Baton Rouge on this particular model run could see anywhere between 11-13 inches before this is all said and done.  The coast will not be spared also, potentially seeing upwards of 7-10 inches of rainfall.  Remember the keywords when driving through flooded road conditions, Turn Around, Don’t Drown.  Share this post to spread the word.
