Rain: A surface front moving east and a surface low tracking just south of the Northern Gulf Coast will work to bring widespread moderate to heavy rain to the entire region tomorrow into Sunday.
Rain will develop along the Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana tonight/early tomorrow morning, and progress east throughout the day, moving out tomorrow evening.
Tomorrow morning into early tomorrow afternoon, rain will work into South and Central Mississippi, and into South and Central Alabama and the Western Florida Panhandle tomorrow night into early Sunday, and will clear out through the day Sunday.

There is some potential for localized flash flooding where higher rainfall accumulations (at least 2 – 3″) occur. However, overall the flood threat is relativity minimal.
