Dorian Now a MAJOR Hurricane

Dorian is now a major category 3 hurricane.

Per the 2 PM AST advisory from the National Hurricane Center, Dorian now has maximum  sustained winds of 115 mph and a minimum central pressure of 970 millibars.

Movement is still to the northwest. However, forward speed has been decreasing this morning, indicating Dorian should begin to turn to the west-northwest/west soon.
