Dorian Once Again a Major Hurricane

Dorian has strengthened a bit this evening.

As of the 11 PM EDT advisory, sustained are up to 115 mph, making Dorian a low-end category 3 hurricane.

Pressure is also down, sitting at 955 mb, with movement now to the north at 7 mph.
